1. Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if the item is:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In the same condition as delivered
Items that cannot be returned include:
- Digital products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale items
2. Return Process

- Photos (if item arrived damaged)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos so we can fix the issue quickly.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
Please return the item and place a new order.
6. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
